Schneider offers new Web site

For over 21 years, Schneider & Schneider Construction LLC has been a leader in the area for new home construction and remodeling.

With an emphasis on quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer service, Schneider & Schneider Construction continues to earn new customers as well as enjoy additional work from previous customers. “If you are thinking about any type of construction project in 2012, your first call should be to Schneider & Schneider Construction,” owner Dan Schneider said.

Check out their newly redesigned Web site at more photos in their gallery and easier navigating, their new Web site is often the first stop for customers to get ideas about their upcoming project or to learn more about the business. The Web site gallery contains photos of new home construction as well as additions, remodeling, historical and commercial projects. Take a look at several new kitchens, bathrooms, great rooms, and other areas of many beautiful area homes.

Schneider said he is seeing more activity in the home construction and remodeling industry over the last year. “We have several projects already scheduled to begin as soon as the weather gets nice this spring. I think people are feeling more confident about the economy and are ready to invest in a home project that will not only improve the value of their home, but give them enjoyment as well,” Schneider said. “Interest rates are so low,” Schneider said, “that now is a great time for homeowners to start that project they’ve been thinking about.”

Unique to the area is the free design and decorating services offered to customers with the addition of Janet Voss to the staff of Schneider & Schneider Construction. With many years of painting and decorating experience, Voss can give clients ideas about working with color and making each home a reflection of its owners. “Men tend to look at the technical side of building or remodeling a home, but women look at how a home or room makes them feel,” Voss said. “I enjoy working with clients to incorporate new or existing furniture into their new area and how to coordinate that with the rest of their home.”

Foremen Eric Nelson and Steve Holzmann continue to lead the crew of carpenters with over 17 years and 12 years of experience, respectively, with the business. Carpenter Jeremy Bitter graduated from Lakeshore Technical College’s Apprenticeship program in 2011, and has been employed with the company over five years. Joe Thielman, on staff since 2008, brings with him not only excellent carpentry skills but also welding and engineering experience to help offer solutions to any jobsite need, Schneider said. The business is also supported in the office by Karen Schmid, Jeff Voland, Maria Holzer and Ashley Pethan.
