Crafter’s Studio does remodeling

Crafter’s Studio, LLC of 621 Fremont St., Kiel carries a wide selection of scrapbooking and card making supplies, including paper, stickers, adhesives, scissors, die cut tools, stamps, ink, Copic markers and much more.

The store offers free space to come in and craft, socialize and have fun during normal business hours or by appointment. Contact Jan Siehs or Kathy Horneck at 894-1400.

Crafter’s Studio was started in 2007 as an outlet for their passion for scrapbooking and crafting. Jan and her husband Paul own the storefront, and with a little cash and a few hours of extra time the store was opened. “Our store hours unfortunately are only part-time but we think we have a few offerings that other scrapbook stores don’t,” Jan said.

She added, “We special order any craft supplies our customers are looking for at no extra charge. We will assist you in creating your handmade invitations for parties, weddings, or showers.”

Store hours are Thursdays and Fridays from 6 to 9 p. m., and Saturdays from 9 a. m. to 4 p. m.

“We are so excited to reopen in February after doing some remodeling,” Jan said. “We gave the walls a fresh coat of paint, added more display space and more playing space. Come in and check out the changes—we think you’ll like what we’ve done.

“We are looking for designers to help us decorate our walls. If you are willing to come spend a day to play with our products and toys (tools), we will proudly display your work.”
