CRES, LLP, Community Real Estate Services, has just celebrated its 15th year in business serving the areas real estate needs. Community has always been the focus of the business and having agents to cover community demographics has been and continues to be most important combined with staying current with real estate technology to best meet customer needs.
Tom Karls and Julie Walber started CRES opening their new business at 500 Fremont Street in Kiel which is still is their headquarters today. Tom brings experience in real estate development to the company and continues to give CRES clients assistance in developing and marketing their land or commercial property. Julie’s interpersonal relations and presentation skills from her human resources background at Tecumseh Products helps customers feel at ease through the buying and selling process. Through chamber of commerce and school events, CRES is able to keep in touch with families and has a role in influencing and enhancing both community and education.
CRES has an outstanding sales team that has been a key to their success over the years. Denise Summers has been with CRES since 2002. Denise has lifetime roots in the New Holstein and Kiel area and brings prior knowledge in banking and business operations to the company. Her dedication and communication with her real estate customers is always friendly and positive. Lynn Kind joined CRES in 2010. After 12 years as owner/operator of Southtown Restaurant in New Holstein, she brings strong customer service and organizational skills as well as ongoing community involvement. Lucas Karls recently joined CRES and gives the company a fresh perspective on the “twenty-something” generation and incentive to stay fresh with current technology.

Customers are able to drive by a CRES listing, find it on their smart phone and immediately view details and photos.
Several successful marketing tools that are important to our clients have not changed from the beginning. One key resource is the weekly ad including their home in the TEMPO, a publication that has 20,000 circulation weekly. Also, open houses every 3-4 weeks is still an important marketing tool for CRES. The weekend continues to be a prime opportunity for buyers to view homes through open houses as well
as private showings. After 15 years, CRES continues to be
