National Exchange Bank & Trust kicked off 2013 by introducing easy and convenient mobile and text banking which offers Exchange OnLine users access to their accounts from any text message or internet-enabled mobile device.

With new mobile banking, National Exchange Bank & Trust Exchange On-Line customers can download the NEBAT Mobile app directly to their phone or simply log on to their Exchange On-Line account through their web browser by going to www.nebat.comon their phone.

The app and mobile web have new, easy-to-use interfaces to make online banking in the palm of your hand simple. Mobile makes it possible to check account balances, transfer funds, pay bills or even look up a bank location on the go. Through the mobile app you can even deposit a check from the comfort of your own home, saving yourself a trip to the bank.

Value-added products

Using the new app or mobile web does not cost National Exchange Bank & Trust customers anything. The app is free and the only fees associated with using Mobile Banking would come from the individual’s mobile service provider if applicable. It is a value added product for Exchange OnLine customers, to make their banking experience better.

Cheryl Klauck, assistant vice president at National Exchange Bank & Trust’s Howards Grove office, had this to say about the new Mobile Banking product: “We are very excited to offer our customers a convenient way to take us with them wherever they go, whether it’s traveling for work, visiting family outside of our community or going away for college.”

Text Banking is a fast, easy way to look up account balances or recent account history without needing a smart phone or logging into your account. Exchange OnLine customers can enroll for text banking by logging into Exchange On-Line Internet Banking from a computer.
